Dear Valued Customer,
We wish to inform you that due to extreme weather conditions and ongoing flooding across parts of New South Wales, key sections of the Pacific Highway between Sydney and Brisbane are currently closed. This includes multiple flood-affected zones around the Mid North Coast and Central Coast regions, resulting in severe transport disruptions.
As a result, today Wednesday 21 May 2025, no freight deliveries will be able to be completed today in Sydney or Brisbane, as several of our trucks are currently delayed and unable to proceed past flood-impacted areas.
For live updates on the current road closures, please visit the official NSW Live Traffic website: https://www.livetraffic.com/.
We are closely monitoring the situation and will resume normal freight operations as soon as it is deemed safe and accessible to do so.
We appreciate your understanding during this time of natural disruption.
Should you require any urgent assistance or further updates, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.
