Change to Fuel Levy Review Frequency – Effective 9 March 2026 – Update  12:00pm 

Dear Valued Client,

Due to the current unstable situation in West Asia and the resulting uncertainty in global energy markets, we are experiencing significant volatility in crude oil supply and pricing. This instability has begun to impact fuel availability and pricing across Australia.

As a result, and to ensure that our pricing remains fair and reflective of actual operating costs, MRL Global will temporarily revert to a weekly fuel levy review until further notice.

Please note that our fuel providers are currently updating fuel prices on a daily basis, and we are observing significant inconsistencies between the AIP Terminal Gate Price (TGP) suggested pump prices and the actual retail pump prices being charged. Because of this volatility:

• Fuel pricing visible in the MRL Global portal,
• Pricing generated through API integrations, and
• Fuel estimates shown in the freight calculator or consignment generation systems,

may not accurately reflect the final fuel levy applicable for the week.

The fuel levy applicable for the week commencing 9 March 2026 will be communicated to customers as soon as we are able to confirm the actual fuel costs for that period.
