Road Freight

Yes. We provide delivery services to most residential and business locations within Australia.

Yes. We provide full online track and trace delivery services for most of our shipments. The shipper has more visibility and access to additional information when they are logged in to our online portal.

Yes. We provide a Total Warehousing and Logistics solution. Unlike many Warehousing and 3PL providers in the industry, we don’t have hidden or confusing pricing or charges. We charge our customers fairly and accurately.

Yes. We can ship to most locations within Australia or Overseas. All items must be boxed sealed and safe to transport and no package must be greater than 20kg. We ship by Road or Air within Australia. All overseas shipments can be sent by Air or Sea. All packages must conform to Australian and International safety regulations.

No. Only Australia Post can deliver to PO Boxes. However, for the convenience of our active account holding customers, we can deliver to PO Boxes using Australia Post services.

Yes. These exchanges take place in bulk weekly.

No. CHEP and Loscam are exchanged in bulk weekly. We do not exchange upon pickup.

Yes. If you are an account holder, we provide a service that allows you to generate your consignments requesting CHEP and Loscam exchange.

No. Unfortunately, we do not offer this to non-account holders. We recommend creating an account with us.

Yes. Only if you have an active account with us and you have completed our Equipment Exchange Process documentation.

No. We do not offer an exchange service for these types of pallets.

It will depend on the location and destination. Whether if it is to Metropolitan area or Regional area.

Yes. If you have an active account with us, you can view PODs in our online portal. If you do not have an account with us and you are the payer for the consignment, kindly email to [email protected].

Pickups are scheduled between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, unless otherwise pre-arranged.

No. Any amendments or cancellations must be emailed through customer service.

Yes. If you have an active account with us you can book a pickup through our online portal. If you do not have an active account, kindly email our customer service at [email protected].

Air Freight

The required documents are the following:

– Bill of Lading/ Airway Bill

– Certificate of Origin

– Commercial Invoice

– Packing Declaration

– Packing List

Yes. We provide these services. Cartage will be via side loader or standard trailer.

All countries except for Nigeria, North Korea, Syria and Iraq.

We do container and air freight services.

No. There is no minimum quantity. For MRL Global, there is no item too big or too small.

Generally, a delay will occur because of one of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect or late paperwork. This can happen if the customer or supplier present incorrect or late commercial invoices or other necessary paperwork to their customs broker or freight forwarder. This will hold up the documentation process this end. Unhappily, this is the most common reason for delays and is outside of our control. Correct and accurate paperwork from you is very important.
  • Short shipments by both air and sea. This can happen during busy periods of the year; again, we have no control over this.  Airlines and shipping lines have limited space and may be overbooked.
  • a random custom check.
  • ‘An Act of God’. e.g., ocean conditions – excessive stormy seas, piracy, shipping accidents, or flight delays due to bad weather conditions. Luckily, this happens very infrequently.
  • Strikes, wars.

No. We are unable to organize refrigerated shipping services.

No. There is no insurance provided. Please refer to our MRL Global Service Guide.

No. We do not deal with Dangerous Goods.
