Senders Guide for Sending Freight:

Minimise Futile Pickup/Deliveries Fees:

       We kindly request all our valued customers to ensure the below points are implemented in their organisation when sending freight with MRL Global:

1. Ensure the receiver company name, full name, mobile contact number, email address is added to the connote.
2. Ensure the receiver can receive goods and are open between the hours of 8am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
3. Ensure the receiver is aware that all timeslot booking, or time specific booking freight may not be met due to potential delays in transit or lock down restriction in New South Wales and their booking maybe required to be rebooked for a further date.
